No-data email verification mentioning “We can conform that the details of reception are correct” in 3 hours after report submitted via FAX, v/s Youngnam Kim, Duty Officer. I also received a direct call from the South Regional HQ requesting more details. I had previously sent two reports via airmail which were returned as undeliverable, and two via email which were not answered.
